How We Ship Product

Shipping Days: We ship at the beginning of the week, typically Monday or Tuesday to prevent weekend or holiday shipping delays.
Packaging: We do NOT ship in Styrofoam. Instead, we are proud to use box liners that are the most environmentally sustainable and functional packaging material available. Made from US-grown corn, Green Cell Foam is certified compostable in backyard and industrial facilities and can even be dissolved in a sink for safe and easy disposal. This unique material combines exceptional cushioning and thermal insulating protection, while protecting the planet.
Dry Ice: To help keep the meat frozen, your meat is shipped with dry ice and usually dissipates within 12 hours and is usually gone by the time the package is opened. But if there is still dry ice, let it dissipate on its own. DO NOT touch it with bare hands and NEVER put it in the freezer.
Shipping Cost: Our shipping rates vary by distance from our location in Montana. We aim for boxes to arrive within 1-2 days so everything stays frozen. With that being said, in some cases there may be delays. During summer months, we HIGHLY RECOMMEND selecting the Next Day Air shipping option. We cannot control the delivery process once the boxes leave our hands.
Ground rates are offered for states that will receive deliveries within two (2) days of shipping. This includes:
Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, Wyoming, Idaho, Oregon, and Washington
All other states will be shipped either UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air Saver. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally.
We also offer Jerky Boxes that ship individually at a flat rate of $16 via USPS anywhere in the continental US.
Our largest frozen meat box holds up to 20lbs of product. To optimize shipping costs on your order, we have a 5lb order minimum and recommend filling your box up to either 12lbs (medium box) or 20lbs (large box). At this time, orders over 20lbs will be split into multiple shipments.
Upon Arrival: We recommend tracking your shipment and plan to be home upon arrival. Your meat will arrive either frozen, partially frozen or ready to eat. The USDA confirms that meat that is cold to the touch and under 40 degrees can be eaten safely and can also be refrozen safely.
Please unbox and place your beef under the freezer or refrigeration temperature immediately.

Please contact us ASAP if you encounter a problem with your meat delivery, otherwise due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
Please get in touch with us if you have comments to share as we strive for every customer to be thrilled with their ranch products. All sales are final.
