Half Beef

Roughly 200 total pounds of meat: 100 lbs of ground beef and 100 lbs of cuts

Some of the examples of cuts would be: Rib Steaks, Flat Iron Steak, Skirt Steak, Flank Steak, Top Sirloin Steak, New York Strip Steaks, Tenderloin, Cube Steak, Tri Tip Roast, Chuck Roast, Rump Roast, Short Ribs, Stew Meat, Brisket

ALL cuts are wrapped in vacuum sealed packaging. Ground beef is packaged in 1 lb packages.

This product is for pick-up only! We do not ship beef shares. Please contact us to arrange your purchase and pick-up.

How it works:

1. Contact us and let us know you want on the list for a beef share. Currently, we are looking at end of May and June availability.
2. Once we have a beef share available, we will contact you to get your customized cutting instructions and give you a timeline of when it will be ready.
3. We will contact you when it is ready for pick up!
